The program is currently accepting nominations for the Class of 2027. To nominate a candidate you must be a current non-student member of SIAM. You may nominate up to two individuals for Fellow in a given year. The deadline to submit nominations for the 2027 Class of Fellows is 10/15/2026.

Before initiating your nomination, please take a moment to read through the nomination procedures.

Please note that all letters and curriculum vitae must adhere to the following standards:

• Aptos, Arial, Courier New, Calibri, Cambria, Times New Roman, or Computer Modern fonts
• Minimum spacing should be single (6 lines per inch maximum)
• All margins should be 1 inch (2.54cm) on 8.5” x 11” paper size
• CV must be maximum 4 pages in length
• Letters of nomination and recommendation must be maximum 2 pages in length

Members have been pre-screened to determine whether they meet the basic requirements for nomination. Only names of those who are eligible will automatically fill in the form. If you cannot find the member you wish to nominate and believe that they have been excluded in error, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
